1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 99xo5 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the 99xo5 website and its associated services available at 99xo5.app. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 99xo5 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

99xo5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an on-screen notification at login. Continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 99xo5. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 99xo5 platform and, if you hold an account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 99xo5 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on 99xo5. This requirement applies without exception, regardless of the laws of your specific locality.

By registering an account with 99xo5, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 99xo5 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent verification stage is accurate, current, and complete.

99xo5 employs age verification procedures at registration and may request additional documentation — such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point, particularly prior to processing a first withdrawal. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 99xo5 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (based on matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods), 99xo5 reserves the right to close all but the original account and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number accessible via bKash or Nagad where applicable. You are also required to create a secure password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Security

You must not share your 99xo5 account credentials — including your username and password — with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. 99xo5 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login information.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible operation, 99xo5 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify their identity:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or the relevant bank account).

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is completed. 99xo5 reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals until satisfactory verification is provided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 99xo5 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). We accept deposits and process withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers with participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (amount may vary by payment method).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000, subject to payment provider limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 99xo5 wallet within minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.
• 99xo5 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes and cannot be immediately withdrawn without any wagering activity.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction, subject to review for larger amounts.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 BST.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 99xo5 finance team.
• All withdrawals are subject to a standard security review. Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require additional KYC documentation.
• 99xo5 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal where fraud, account abuse, or bonus policy violations are suspected, pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

99xo5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a verified 99xo5 account.
• Each promotion may specify a minimum qualifying deposit, an eligible games list, a time window, and wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• 99xo5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

Seasonal & Cultural Promotions

99xo5 runs special promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These offers are communicated via the platform and registered players' email addresses. Seasonal promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules above unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 99xo5, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You Must Not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Attempt to access another player's account or interfere with the account of any other user;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 99xo5 platform in ways not intended for normal human use;
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting in sports betting markets;
• Use the 99xo5 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 99xo5 platform or its underlying technology;
• Post, transmit, or distribute any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content through any communication channel on the platform;
• Circumvent any responsible gaming limits, self-exclusion tools, or security measures put in place by 99xo5.

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. 99xo5 cooperates fully with legitimate law enforcement requests and anti-fraud investigations.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

99xo5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates their account.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after passing the standard withdrawal security review, provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the funds.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that they need a break from gaming can activate a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods of 30, 60, 90, or 180 days are available, as well as permanent self-exclusion. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99xo5 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 99xo5 platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 99xo5 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or maintenance periods, whether or not advance notice was given;
• Any loss of data, account history, or game progress resulting from technical issues outside our reasonable control;
• Financial losses arising from a player's reliance on incorrect odds, prices, or market information displayed due to a technical error — in such cases, 99xo5 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes;
• Any loss or damage resulting from a player's breach of these Terms or failure to safeguard their account credentials;
• Decisions made by a player based on information published on the 99xo5 platform, including game results, sports statistics, or promotional content.

The 99xo5 platform and all games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 99xo5's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
